Heritage Symphonies – Yemeni Tunes on the Nile

This concert marked the second event within the Heritage Symphonies – Yemeni Tunes on the Nile project. It was organized by the Yemeni Ministry of Information, Culture, and Tourism, and the Hadhramout Cultural Foundation, in collaboration with the Egyptian Ministry of Culture. The concert took place at the Egyptian Opera House in Cairo, on the Grand Stage, which is considered one of the largest theaters in the Middle East.

The musical ensemble consisted of 120 performers, including musicians playing traditional Yemeni and Egyptian instruments, as well as orchestral players from Yemen, Egypt, and other countries. The concert was broadcast on approximately 12 Yemeni television channels and received extensive coverage from Yemeni, Egyptian, and Arab media outlets
